Deno Yiankes

Chairman & Founder

A seasoned real estate investor with over 40 years of experience in lodging, finance, and asset management, Mr. Yiankes serves as Chairman and Founder of Chimera Hospitality Corporation. He leads the strategic direction, capital deployment and asset management of the firm's equity investments.

Previously, Mr. Yiankes spent over 30 years with White Lodging, where he served as CEO of Investments & Development, executing and asset managing in excess of $6 billion in premium-branded hotel investments during the firm's most significant and extended period of growth to date. He continues to serve as a Senior Advisor and Board Member for the award-winning company.

Mr. Yiankes has co-authored 2 AHLA industry resource books on hotel investment and asset management, previously served on Marriott International's National Association Advisory Board (MINA), and is an active member of AHLA's Executive Leadership Forum and charter member of their Investment Roundtable. A past President and member of Hospitality Asset Managers Association (HAMA), he is a graduate of Purdue Northwest's School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Eric Yiankes

Vice President, Cofounder

Eric serves as Vice President, Cofounder at Chimera, where he is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of the firm's hotel investments. Before joining Chimera, Eric led underwriting at Buckhead America Hospitality, a prominent Atlanta-based owner/operator. He also spent two years in hotel investment sales at Berkadia, a leading national real estate brokerage. He began his career in operations at the dual-branded aloft/Element in downtown Austin, Texas.

Eric holds a degree in Economics, Business, and Government from the University of Texas at Austin.

Alex Yiankes

Vice President, Cofounder

Alex serves as Vice President, Cofounder at Chimera, and is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of the firm's hotel investments. Before joining Chimera, Alex was Director of Acquisitions at Satori Collective, where he was instrumental in hotel acquisitions and dispositions, with additional asset management responsibilities.

Prior to Satori, Alex was an Associate at Hodges Ward Elliott.

Alex earned a Finance degree from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
